HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

 

Ingredients

  1. Chicken Marylands
  2. Buffalo Wing Rub
  3. Sour Cream
  4. Cream Cheese
  5. Cheddar Cheese
  6. Hot Sauce
  7. Red Onion
  8. Salt & Pepper

 

Method

  1. Preheat BBQ to 180 degrees Celcius
  2. Rub chicken Marylands with Buffalo Wing Rub
  3. Place in BBQ for 1 hour
  4. Remove chicken & allow to cool slightly
  5. Shred Chicken from bones
  6. In a mixing bowl combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, mix well & spread mixture into the bottom of cast iron pan
  7. In a separate bowl combine shredded chicken, Hot Sauce & salt & pepper & spread this evenly over cheese mixture
  8. Place cast iron pan in BBQ for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbling around the edges
  9. Sprinkle dip with diced Red Onion & serve with Corn Chips
