Ingredients

  1. 1 & 1/2 Kg Chicken Nibbles (Pieces)
  2. Fiery Buffalo Wing Rub To Coat Chicken
  3. 1 & ½ Cups Hot Sauce
  4. 100G Butter

 

Method

  1. Coat Chicken Wings In Fiery Buffalo Wing Rub
  2. Refrigerate For 30 Minutes
  3. Heat BBQ To 150 Degrees Celcius
  4. Place Wings On BBQ Indirect Of Heat
  5. Smoke For 30 Minutes
  6. Move Wings Over Direct Heat For 2 Minutes Each Side
  7. Heat Hot Sauce & Butter In Saucepan
  8. Place Wings In A Mixing Bowl & Add Sauce
