- 1 & 1/2 Kg Chicken Nibbles (Pieces)
- Fiery Buffalo Wing Rub To Coat Chicken
- 1 & ½ Cups Hot Sauce
- 100G Butter
Method
- Coat Chicken Wings In Fiery Buffalo Wing Rub
- Refrigerate For 30 Minutes
- Heat BBQ To 150 Degrees Celcius
- Place Wings On BBQ Indirect Of Heat
- Smoke For 30 Minutes
- Move Wings Over Direct Heat For 2 Minutes Each Side
- Heat Hot Sauce & Butter In Saucepan
- Place Wings In A Mixing Bowl & Add Sauce
