HOW TO MAKE RIBS LIKE A PRO

 

Ingredients

  1. 2 Racks St. Louis Pork Ribs
  2. Tennessee Bourbon Glaze
  3. 100Ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  4. 100Ml Water
  5. Olive Oil
  6. BBQ Sauce

 

Method

  1. Heat Smoker To 135oC
  2. Remove Membrane From Back Of Ribs
  3. Lightly Rub Ribs With Olive Oil
  4. Coat Ribs Front & Back With Tennessee Bourbon Glaze
  5. Place Ribs In Smoker – Bone Down For 2 Hours
  6. Place A Large Sheet Of Alfoil On Bench & Spritz With An Apple Cider Vinegar And Water Mix
  7. Remove Ribs From Smoker & Place On Alfoil
  8. Coat Both Sides Of Ribs In Bbq Sauce And Wrap In Alfoil/li>
  9. Place Alfoil Parcel Back In Smoker Bone Up For 2 Hours
  10. Remove Alfoil From Ribs & Baste With Bbq Sauce & Place Back In Smoker Uncovered For 10 Minutes
  11. Remove From Smoker & Rest For A Further 10 Minutes
