HOW TO MAKE RIBS LIKE A PRO
Ingredients
- 2 Racks St. Louis Pork Ribs
- Tennessee Bourbon Glaze
- 100Ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 100Ml Water
- Olive Oil
- BBQ Sauce
Method
- Heat Smoker To 135oC
- Remove Membrane From Back Of Ribs
- Lightly Rub Ribs With Olive Oil
- Coat Ribs Front & Back With Tennessee Bourbon Glaze
- Place Ribs In Smoker – Bone Down For 2 Hours
- Place A Large Sheet Of Alfoil On Bench & Spritz With An Apple Cider Vinegar And Water Mix
- Remove Ribs From Smoker & Place On Alfoil
- Coat Both Sides Of Ribs In Bbq Sauce And Wrap In Alfoil/li>
- Place Alfoil Parcel Back In Smoker Bone Up For 2 Hours
- Remove Alfoil From Ribs & Baste With Bbq Sauce & Place Back In Smoker Uncovered For 10 Minutes
- Remove From Smoker & Rest For A Further 10 Minutes
